Don is an experienced executive, consultant, and technologist with a strong entrepreneurial flair. Creating successful partnerships has been a consistent theme over his 20 year career. At Applied, Don has formed and managed key relationships with some of the most influential technology companies in the world, including: Hitachi, VMware, EMC, Microsoft, Cisco and NetApp.
Keith Fear Director, Professional Services
As Applied's Director of Professional Services, Keith manages the engineering and project management teams and is ultimately responsible for execution and delivery of each engagement. Keith's vision is to bring the unified architectures into reality, solving the unique business issues which have created barriers obstructing our clients' ability to achieve continued success.
Keith is a technologist who is adept at creating the unified solution. He has over 26 years of experience that spans the horizon of infrastructure components, including: networking, data center, automation, manufacturing, telecommunications and user support.
Dino Busalachi Practice Director, Unified Manufacturing
As Applied's Practice Director of Unified Manufacturing, Dino is leading the charge both strategically and tactically to unleash the power of Unified Thinking in the manufacturing arena. In short, this is bringing together teams from business, plant operations, engineering and technology to create a shared vision and eco-system.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Dino is our ultimate authority on manufacturing and the people, processes and technologies involved. He is responsible for key vendor relationships and collaboration with solution partners which include Cisco, Rockwell Automation, Wonderware, Power Motion, and VMware. Additionally, Dino works closely with system integrators and engineering companies on strategic initiatives.
Andrew Schneider Director, Sales
As Applied's Director of Sales, Andrew is chiefly responsible for communicating our business-centric message. Andrew's greatest personal achievements come through showing prospects and clients how improved business practices, refined processes and superior technologies can have dramatic, positive impact on their organization’s productivity, quality and bottom-line financials. Andrew's approach is viewed by some as "old school", but it is how we do business. He is focused on creating and developing relationships. These relationships are the basis upon which Applied measures its success and value each and every day.
Andrew is a sales professional with over a decade of experience. He works closely with his team of account managers, as well as Operations, Engineering, Marketing and key technology partners to shape market strategies and to bring forth the right combinations of services and tools.
Sara Klein Manager, Recruiting
As Applied's Manager of Recruiting, Sara’s primary responsibilities are managing talent acquisition, and developing the Applied team. Sara believes that the organization has a unique personality which is a compilation of the individual team members. With the responsibility of identifying and championing talent, Sara's role is focused on the success of Applied and our clients. Sara works diligently to create and maintain relationships throughout the industry.
Sara is a professional Human Resources Recruiter who has over ten years of experience within the technology sector. She has tremendous insight into the nuances of recruiting for disparate roles that include Account Managers, Engineers, Operations Analysts and Executives. She works proactively with the Applied Leadership Team and with each hiring manager to fully understand the uniqueness of each opportunity.
